Terms and Conditions

Effective October 25, 2026. These Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase from The Armored Group, Inc., doing business as Innerspace Cases (“Innerspace Cases,” “we,” “us”), whether placed on this website, by quote, by phone, by email or in person at our workshop. Please read them before you order. Our Shipping and Returns page and Limited Lifetime Warranty form part of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order with Innerspace Cases, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or place an order. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

2. All Sales Are Final — No Cancellations, Returns or Refunds

Innerspace cases are manufactured to order. Materials, machine time and labor are committed to your build from the moment your order is placed. For that reason, all sales are final: orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once placed. This applies to built-to-order and custom cases, Build Your Case configurations, foam inserts, accessories, in-stock items and resale products alike. Please confirm your equipment list, configuration and quantity before you order; if you are unsure of a fit, ask us to verify it first (see Section 4).

The only exceptions are the remedies we provide for fit and configuration errors (Section 3), the Limited Lifetime Warranty (Section 8), and our right to cancel and refund a mispriced order (Section 6).

3. Fit Guarantee and Configuration Errors

Your equipment is guaranteed to fit the case based on the specifications, CAD files, measurements and equipment details you provide, or the published specifications of the original equipment manufacturer for a listed build. If your equipment does not fit for any reason other than a modification or alteration of the equipment, or an error in the information you supplied, we will retrofit or remake the case at no charge, provided you notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of delivery and return the case in its original condition. Shipping for this work is covered as described in Section 9.

A fit error is corrected by retrofitting or remaking the case. It does not entitle you to a cancellation, return or refund.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, specifications, CAD files and measurements, and to give our technicians reasonable access to verify fit if we ask. Failure to cooperate with a measurement or verification request voids the fit guarantee and does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation.

If you leave equipment with us for fitting or verification, it remains at your risk and under your insurance while in our workshop. We will take reasonable care of it. Equipment not collected within thirty (30) days of our written notice that it is ready may be treated as abandoned under Section 12, and storage fees may apply.

5. Customer-Supplied Artwork

If you supply a logo, artwork or text for a lid, nameplate, label or other branding, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you agree to indemnify Innerspace Cases against any claim that its reproduction infringes a third party's rights. We may decline artwork that we believe to be infringing or unlawful.

6. Prices, Quotes and Payment

Full payment is due at the time of order by credit card, wire or ACH unless we have agreed to other terms in writing. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless the quote states otherwise. Prices exclude sales tax, shipping and duties unless stated. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at that price and to refund any amount charged for it.

7. Production Times and Shipping

Production times shown on product pages, quotes and order confirmations are estimates based on current workshop load; they are not guaranteed delivery dates, and a delay does not entitle you to cancel or to a refund. Rush production is available only by prior written agreement. Shipping methods, charges and factory pickup are described on our Shipping and Returns page. Please inspect your shipment on delivery and report any transit damage to us in writing within five (5) business days, with photographs, so that we can pursue the carrier claim with you.

8. Warranty

Innerspace-built cases are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, on the terms stated there. Except as provided in that warranty and in Section 3, and to the extent permitted by law, we make no other warranty, express or implied, and any implied warranty, including of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in duration to the term of the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

9. Shipping Costs for Repairs, Retrofits and Warranty Work

If a case is retrofitted or remade because of a configuration error on our part reported within thirty (30) days of delivery, Innerspace Cases pays the shipping both ways within the United States. For all other warranty repairs, you ship the case to our workshop at your cost, packed to arrive undamaged, and we pay the return ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping, insurance and duties for international warranty work, and for any repair or modification that is not covered by the warranty, are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Resale Products

Pelican, SKB, HPRC and other manufacturers' shells and accessories that we sell are covered by their makers' own warranties, and the protection ratings published for them (such as IP67 or ATA 300) are the makers' ratings. Innerspace Cases warrants the interior, foam and hardware it fits into a shell under the Limited Lifetime Warranty. All sales of resale products are final.

11. Purchases Through Dealers

If you buy an Innerspace-built case through one of our authorized dealers, the fit guarantee in Section 3 and the Limited Lifetime Warranty extend to you as the original purchaser; keep your dealer invoice as proof of purchase. The sale itself, including pricing, delivery and any dealer return policy, is governed by the dealer's terms, and claims for cancellation or refund must be made to the dealer.

12. Abandoned Goods

If you return or leave a case or equipment with us without our prior written authorization, or fail to respond to our written instructions regarding a modification, repair or collection within thirty (30) days, the item will be deemed abandoned. Innerspace Cases may dispose of, modify or resell abandoned items at its sole discretion without any refund or credit to you. Storage fees may apply.

13. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised on an order that was manufactured to your specifications is a material breach of these Terms. You agree to reimburse Innerspace Cases for all fees, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred to recover any disputed sum.

14. Design Updates

We update our case designs and foam layouts continually to improve equipment fit. Your case is built to the current layout at the time of production, so its interior may not exactly match reference photographs or renderings. Current layouts are available on request when you order.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, renderings, graphics and code, is the property of The Armored Group, Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Case designs, CAD files and foam layouts created by Innerspace Cases remain our property; we keep them on file so you can reorder. Innerspace Cases and the Innerspace logo are trademarks of The Armored Group, Inc. Pelican, SKB, HPRC, ARRI, RED, Sony and all other product and company names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the equipment our cases fit or the shells we sell; no affiliation or endorsement is implied unless stated.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innerspace Cases is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, lost production time, or damage to equipment carried in a case, arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Jurisdiction and venue for any dispute lie exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any claim arising from a purchase must be brought within one (1) year of its accrual.

18. General

These Terms, together with your order confirmation or invoice, the Shipping and Returns page and the Limited Lifetime Warranty, are the entire agreement between you and Innerspace Cases for your purchase. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you place an order governs that order. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
