Lighting cases are the most abused gear on a shoot. Fixtures get hot, ballasts get knocked, gels and scrims get crushed in the back of a van, and the whole lot travels via cargo trailer between locations. The case has to take repeated rigging and survive moisture, dust, and heat — not just the one careful shipping job that camera cases see.

Innerspace builds road-grade transport cases across the modern fixture lineup: ARRI SkyPanel S30/S60/S120 with X21 variants; Aputure LS 600 series, NOVA P300/P600, INFINIBAR; Creamsource Vortex 8 and Vortex 4; Quasar Science RR and Crossfade tubes; Astera Titan, Helios, and AX1 tubes; Kino Flo Diva-Lite, Celeb, and Image series; Litepanels Gemini, Astra, Sola; LiteGear LiteMat, LiteRibbon, and Auroris X panels; Briese Lichttechnik focus and umbrella systems; plus tungsten and HMI fixtures from Mole-Richardson, ARRI HMI, and K5600.

For tube-format LEDs (Astera, Quasar, ARRI T-series), Innerspace builds road cases with individual foam channels per tube, so they don't rub or chip in transit. For panel fixtures (SkyPanel, Aputure NOVA, Litepanels Gemini), the cases get face-protective foam and dedicated wells for yokes, brackets, and the AC ballast or PSU. For larger tungsten and HMI heads, the configurations move to ATA 300 flight cases with rolling wheels, recessed twist latches, and tongue-and-groove lids — the build standard rental houses spec for stage and tour use.

Lighting kits for stage productions, broadcast studios, and touring concerts routinely need 4-, 6-, or 8-fixture pack-outs with accessory wells for gels, scrims, eggcrates, and lens kits. Fixtures, yokes, ballasts, optics, cables and modifiers are loaded, unloaded and re-rigged constantly, often by a different crew each day. A lighting case has to do more than survive freight: it should make the complete kit faster to inventory, move and deploy.
